Kudos are in order for the long awaited improvements from both Racing Guide and Punters Way for their various initiatives both I feel that both could do better in providing data of the number of wins from the Dams of newly arrived horses and STC could help them in this matter by making it compulsory for Owners?Trainers to provide full data on Sire/ Dam information in greater detail as this is particularly useful for Maiden Races and when horses are going up in distance. I know they are still a work in progress but taking Race 9 as an exam,ple I believe more could be done to provide data in Punters Way sectional times data for Rising Expectation for the run on 12 Aug 2011, Danzig Rocket for the run on 04 Nov 2011 and finally for Irish Lightning for the run on 04 Sep 2011. Let me make a recommendation ....if exact sectional times are not available put the sectional time of the race and put this figure in brackets for easy understanding. It would have been great for Punters Way if the had adjusted the sectional times to the weight that the horse is carrying for that day eg Dragon Spirit has the best extrapolated sectional times of 24.06/22.42 = 46.48 to the weight of 54kg adjusted from the 56.5 kg he was carrying when he won on 06 Apr 2012. I wonder if i provide this service of sectional times adjusted to the weight the horse is carrying for the day will our Trainers and Professional Players pay a service fee of $5 for such professional; services? I will make a survey of the Trainers response soon. I strongly advocate that STC should provide this ervice freel on their website and promote the understanding of its usage instaead of it being a paid sevice available to the elite few....this handicapping tool should be made available to the masses PREVIEW OF RACE 8 Due to pressing dateline schedules i will be brief....the pacew will be good and moreira should be able to keep Forgiven in the box seat on the rails behind the 3 front runners 7-5-4. I recommend a big 3 *** bet on win/place on Forgiven as he has the best Speed figure for this race exttrapolated from his 1900M poly win and his run over the actual distance and he has the 2nd best handicap rating in this race 2nd only to stablemate Quinta De Lago who appears not in peak form. In order my selections are 6-5-1-10-3-4-8. Use 6 as sole banker and 5-1 as key horses on the wnd line and do a big bet on 6#5-1 for forecast/place forecast PREVIEW OF RACE 9 I AM MORE CONFIDENT OF THE OUTCOME OF THIS RACE COMPARED TO RACE 8.Play a big bet on Dragon Spirit as he is the classiest horse in this race with 2nd best HR(inferior only to 11) but he has the best speed figure and sectional and will be one of two front runners in this slow pace race. Dpo a big 3 *** bet on Dragon spirit on win/place . In order my selections are 6-8-11-1-4-3-9. use 6 as sole banker and 8-11 as key horses on 2nd line in a similar manner to the previous race.
