RESULTS OF THE SINGAPORE AIRLINES INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL MEDIA(INTERNET AND PRINT ) TIPSTER CHALLENGE BASED ON RACES ON 14MAY/16MAY 2010.

Andrew Frost did not participate but it did not surprise me that 3 of the top performers came from the top 5 in the annual media challenge and most of the bottom 5 have been there most of the season..Since no prizes were offered I can only offer the title of "pundit" to be bestowed on these gentlemen and to go with the honour of making it. I barely scraped through on a tie in joint 5th place with Thean Loon. The results based on value of dividends were quite interesting compared to the one win one point system currently in use in the Winner21 challenge. I would recommend Winner21 and the STC encourage this format in the next season to encourage the spotting of value bets and lonsgots. Take my selection of Kalash as opposed to my 2nd choice of the eventual winner Kotipelto which I did identify as my longshot of the night but I played it safe by relegating him to 2nd choice. If I had done so(no courage to take risks) I would have beaten Larry Foley. I will be giving the table for the new dividend format 1st followed by the conventional format currently in use!
